To buy one or more menstrual cups or other products in our shop online process is simple. Enter the type and number of menstrual cups or other products you want in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add" button visible on its product. Then, displaying the contents of your shopping cart you can then proceed, forwarding the final order.

ORDER DELIVERY

• The delivery is scheduled upon receipt of your payment. If paying by bank transfer or Paypal the menstrual cups and other goods that you bought will be reserved for 48 hours, by that time it will be your care to send the notification of payment via email. Further to this time your order will be passed to "Pending Payment" state, as soon as it changes then the articles will be released again to be available in our shop.
  
• The envelope containing the order will be delivered the day after (working day) we have received payment notification, bank transfer in our account is available only for Eu Countries (Please let us have copy of your bank instructions with CRO to speed the order processing).SHIPPING CONDITIONS
• Shipping mode
  Shipments are made in Italy by courier. Shipments to other countries will be done through Registered mail. The shipping costs are reffered to the weigth of more or less 2 cups. From 100 gr to 250 gr. Please be sure to select your country.
  Make sure that someone will always be present at the address that you used to pick up the goods.

• Once the shipment have been done a notification will be sent to the email address that you provided when you order with tracking number that will allow you to track the package. Please write your address clearly with civic number and ZIP code. In case your Paypal account and emails vary from data you used to send the order you are kindly requested to specify it on the Notes box available on the order.
